I resubmtted this for the contest.
Taken in my back garden. My cats were fighting as usual when they knocked this pot over and smashed it. There was nothing growing then. Since then, and because no one has bothered to tidy it up, this tree has sprouted, and seems to be doing well. I'll sort it out someday.
